Facade profiles are decorative elements used for finishing window and door openings, walls, ceilings, holdings, columns, both, in interiors and exteriors of buildings. Thanks to their little weight and great strength, they can be applied in traditional and modern constructions.
The profiles are made of self- extinguishing styrofoam of a an increased compression strength , and of a layer reinforced with a glass fibre netting sealed in a substance on the base of cement. Light profiles on the basis of styrofoam, are characterised by: - high quality and aesthetics - freedom of shapes and dimensions of architectonic details - unlimited possibilities of combinations and applying - great endurance to mechanical damages - stiffness of the element and smoothness of the surface - the possibility of using elevation paint - fire-proofness - weather proofness - easy installation - very low price as compared to traditional methods
Attaching profiles to building surfaces is performed by using a widely available gluing substance for styrofoam.
- main moldings and those applied between storeys - basic columns and grooved columns - bases and heads - windowsills - window and door trims
Moldings, columns and windowsills are of a standard length of 200 cm. Window and door trims can also be made as an arch with a radius from 35 cm.
